If I currently have items in stock and available to purchase, this is where they will be listed. If it is before the sale date and items are showing as out of stock, this is as they are currently available to preview ahead of the sale. If you click the listing you will be able to see information about the product, including the price.

I will be opening mid May, to take pre-orders for items from my vault opening. This really will be the last chance for these items for the foreseeable.
